From the standpoint of survival preparedness and food storage preps, SPAM® is one viable addition and is a relatively inexpensive meat product that stores very well. While one could point out the potential negative health attributes of eating SPAM® long-term, when it comes to SHTF survival — it’s a different story. SPAM® packs a-lot of calories and protein in a small package.
Just remember that any food storage plan and inventory should be well diversified into many various foods and food groups.
