Once again, the unelected bureaucrats of the EPA look to rule over us
by James White, Northwest Liberty News:
Just a couple months ago, I published an article highlighting how the EPA changed, seemingly by fiat, the Wyoming borders. In doing so, the EPA overturned Federal Law en force for over 100 years. Well, if you thought that the EPA had made its last “ruling” with the Wyoming travesty, you are sadly mistaken… for they are at it again. Recently, the EPA released its proposed new rules on emissions. Specifically, new rules imposed on Wood Burning and Pellet Stoves. As usual, the Feds proposal will kill jobs in the private sector, while expanding itself with another layer of regulators to enforce another unconstitutional law. It’s routine with these criminals. What will the result be if the current EPA proposal is enacted and enforced? In a recent article published by The New American, the outcome of the pending proposal is made all too real:
The new rules impose a maximum of fine airborne particulate emissions from 15 micrograms per cubic meter of air down to 12. As Larry Bell, writing at Forbes, put it:
To put this amount in context … secondhand tobacco smoke in a closed-car can expose a person to 3,000-4,000 micrograms of particulates per cubic meter.
