I find it appalling that the 4th Amendment to the US Constitution is insufficient in and of itself to guarantee that government will not illegally search and seize information to which they have absolutely no legal right whatsoever. The people doing this need to be fired and investigated. If evidence is found that shows their complicity in a conspiracy to massively violate our citizen’s rights, they need to be convicted of those crimes and penalized as severely as the law allows. A message needs to be sent here that it is NOT OK to violate the US Constitution whenever some politician or bureaucrat feels it is necessary to make their job easier. I specifically refer to those in charge of the NSA, CIA, FBI, DHS, and perhaps other federal information gathering agencies and groups as well.

The Bill of Rights exists to guarantee the rights of all US citizens. It is not to be flaunted, lightly or otherwise. If the Patriot Act is incompatible with the Bill of Rights, then the Patriot Act is null and void on its face and so is any spying based upon it. The US Constitution IS the law of this land, in spite of whatever the current crop of corrupt politicians and bureaucrats think they know about the law being something other than that.

Where’s Congress? Why in the rooms down the hall accepting bribes and “campaign contributions” from the same folks who grease Obama’s wheels (NWO banksters).

Don’t look to Congress to stop the NSA spying. They’re in on the gig. Obamacare, NSA Spying, IRS abuses, police brutality, now more wars in Africa will only come to an end through massive protests by the people.

You can’t expect the mafia, or their minions in government, to police themselves.
