[Shocker] BREAKING: CFTC Closes 5 Year Silver Investigation- No Viable Evidence of Manipulation

[Ed. Note: Never mind the whistle blowers from JP Morgan itself… Remember that time when Obama said “we’re not some Banana Republic”? That was awesome.]

from Silver Doctors:

Well, that didn’t take long. After Andrew Maguire went public last Friday that the CFTC is holding evidence that JP Morgan manipulated the gold and silver markets, moments ago the CFTC announced it is closing its 5 year investigation into silver market manipulation, and that after 5 years of investigation the CFTC has found:

Based upon the law and evidence as they exist at this time, there is not a viable basis to bring an enforcement action with respect to any firm or its employees related to our investigation of silver markets.

Something tells us Mr. Chilton won’t be releasing any contrary statements by the end of September as promised either. Let the manipulation continue indefinitely until the markets are destroyed!

the cftc are criminals and should be respected as such….shamed and shouted down ..not invited on shows to spew their lies and falsehoods……soon they will be held accountable by ‘we the people’…as all who have trashed the law and pillars of this country……..imho

Nothing too see here folks, just move along… Andrew Mcquire will soon throw on his cape and come to the rescue, what would we do without him… phewwww…

We should send them to re-investigate 9/11.

You cannot get justice when the criminals themselves are sent to investigate the criminals who line their pocket books. Rub a dub dub, all are the same crooks in a tub. You have the banker, the lawyer and the policy maker all in cahoots. Where the rule of law does not exist, there can only be pillage and plunder. And the paper theft goes on.

“…there is not a viable basis to bring an enforcement action…”

Due to the careful wording, could it instead mean that there is no “viable basis [for] enforcement action” because rule of law no longer exists in this country for the thieving elites–i.e. since our lovely politicians have already indicated that no significant prosecution of systemically important institutions will be pursued or even allowed to be initiated?

So now we have ‘proof’ that the regulatory agencies are part of the fraud as well. The only reason I’m not furious about this is that it means PMs are truly at firesale prices right now. Stack while you can still afford it and/or get your hands on it.
