Fox News Panel Laughs At The Idea That Government Should Fear The People

After labeling NSA leaker Edward Snowden a traitor and a terrorist, the Fox News Watch panel exploded with laughter at the very notion that the government should fear the people.

by Anthony Gucciardi, Story Leak:

Right after one panelist devilishly referenced the concept that the government should fear the people as a joke, even referencing the concept as tracing back to Thomas Jefferson, the crew couldn’t stop from laughing at the very idea that the people are meant to keep the government in check. And of course it is an idea that is fundamental to not only upholding the Constitution itself (the fabric of our nation), but to keep the continuous threat of absolute corruption and tyranny in check.

Should Government Have Absolute Power?

But apparently Fox News thinks the government should be able to reign throughout the People’s Republic of America without any form of checks and balances, all while arresting all whistleblowers like Edward Snowden in the process. An amazing declaration for a news channel that at least pretends it is on the side of the conservative America population that actually considers the Constitution to be highly important.

No surprise that the govt media complex would laugh at such an idea. 😉

If the “gooberment” doesn’t already FEAR THE PEOPLE, then why do goobermet officials need ARMED bodyguards everywhere THEY go? Laugh it up FUX NEWS…but I assure you that THEIR LAUGH is a very nervous laugh.

When IT hits the fan, and it will, these “talking heads” and “gooberment lackeys” will be targeted as well. LAUGH THAT ONE OFF!

Exactly why I cancelled my cable and turned off the tv permanently. There’s nothing on besides clowns. There are 2 kinds of people in this world. Those who hate clowns, and clowns. Just think about how much silver you can stack without throwing fiat away on subliminal programming!

Right on, Eric! They do call it “programming” for a reason.

I have 3 TV shows that I enjoy watching plus the occasional football or baseball game. My world will not end if I don’t watch them, though. The other night, I was channel flipping during a commercial. It was not the top or bottom of the hour. I turned to about 30 different channels and every single one of them was “on commercial”. Well, hell… I can watch OTA TV for free if that’s all I want to watch. For $100 a month or more, we should not have ANY commercials shoved into our faces, IMO.
