by Michael Krieger, Liberty Blitzkrieg:
A couple of days ago there was an excellent article on Zerohegde discussing the continued ratings death spiral at CNBC. While it may be tempting to blame it all on Andrew Ross Sorkin, who Matt Taibbi described as “a shameless, ball-gargling prostitute for Wall Street.”
It appears CNBC’s strategy is propaganda over ratings, which is why they must have brought on Robert Frank to put the finishing touches on its viewership. He writes groundbreaking articles on dire topics such as “the penthouse shortage in NYC,” and his blog was named by Time magazine as one of America’s most influential financial blogs. You know, the same magazine that reports American news like this and named Hitler man of the year in 1938. WARNING: Do not read this bio on an empty stomach. From CNBC:
Robert Frank is an award-winning journalist, best-selling author and leading journalistic authority on the American wealthy. He joined CNBC in May 2012 as a reporter and editor for the news organization.
