In what has been a truly tense and eventful week in the Boston area has finally reached an end as both suspects wanted by the FBI for their supposed involvement in the attacks on Monday have been apprehended, after a large scale ‘first of it’s kind’ military-police based manhunt. The results have many people demanding answers as new information becomes available to the public.
While an entire American city remained in lockdown, and according to authorities, a shootout unfolded in the streets where 26 year old Tamerlan Tsarnaev was killed as a result. His younger brother, Dzokhar Tsarnaev, managed to escape and remained at large throughout most of the evening. After clearing a massive perimeter he was found hiding in a boat under the tarp and was reported after it’s owner saw blood and discovered a person inside. Why he did not shoot the owner is worth questioning, because if he did kill the owner he would not have been reported, increasing his chances of escape. Instead, he chose to shoot at an army of police and military units, risking death in the process.
