Chilean miner Jorge Lopehandia joins us, along with Bullion Bulls Canada’s Jeff Nielson, to cover Lopehandia’s shocking claims against Barrick Gold Corporation, the world’s largest gold producer. Jorge alleges that Barrick Gold used unethical and potentially illegal actions in the attempt to strip control of Jorge’s Chilean mine claims at Pascua Lama in Chile.
The allegations, if true, could not only end Barrick’s quest for gold on the Pascua Lama property (one of the largest gold reserves on earth), it could bankrupt Barrick altogether, and potentially help release the price of gold from the clutches of the precious metals price fixing cartel. Jorge claims that Barrick, in cahoots with criminal bank HSBC, has sold millions of ounces of Pascua Lama gold into the market, while to date, never having mined a single ounce of gold from the property.
Bob Chapman always said that Barrick Gold was run by the bad guys… originally founded to launder the Nazi gold horde stolen from subjugated Europeans and murdered Jews.

As a Canadian, I am embarrassed that these criminals went in using our good name (and ruining it), to exploit, lie, steal, and hurt the local population.
Jorge, collectively us Canadians have no understanding what goes on in the world of finance and banking, especially outside of our borders. People here still trust what they hear from government and the media. They think that they have a good handle on reality.

The trolls are coming out in droves to bash Jorge, quite a few on You Tube leaving nasty comments about him – but their channels have zero subscribers, zero video views and no activity except for the comment(s) about Jorge. I can’t speak to the veracity of Jorge’s claims personally, Jeff Nielson from Bullion Bulls brought the story to my attention and we decided to listen to what Jorge had to say. But given the unusual YT activity with phantom accounts bashing him, it appears to us that quite a few folks don’t want his story to be told.
Jorge sums it up in his last plea beginning about the 36-37:00…get out of paper.
Then the big one. They cannot drive the metals down without lowering the cost of doing business…lower fuel, lower equipment/parts costs, lower labor, lower everything. Long and short folks…a return to real earthly value. If you can’t understand that, you had better figure it out because the earth doesn’t work the way you have been lead to believe.

Great interview as usual Sean. Some very good information and insight into the back-handed tactics used by Barrick. Are we that surprised though? With the whole mortgage securitsations and forclosure fraud, it seems like a corporations the world over will try to take anything they can without paying for it.
Now the media is again ramping up the anti-gold sentiment. It seems the move out of fixed income and wealth protection into the stock market is the main driver for gold bugs being bitten. Well, that and “the pace of Federal Reserve asset purchases and a likely climb in real interest rates.” Like raising rates is an option! Of course nothing at all to do with fundamentals.

Silver Wheaton is paid in SILVER DERIVATIVES on the LBMA which gives JPM CFTC cover for their COMEX shorts. If Barrick is kicked out of Pascua Lama then all the forward sales related to the SW deal will have to be reversed and say good by to JPM who is managing the stream. Dig deeper guys!

Barrick knows they do not own Pascua Lama and have for many years, they are just trying to gently break the news to it’s shareholders. Jorge Lopehandia does not own the claims either! I know for a fact who owns the claims and I know for a fact that this person is negotiating with Barrick as well as many other Billionaires from around the world on selling Pascua Lama. Barrick’s management should be in prison as they have not diclosed any of this to it’s shareholders. Barrick will probably either pay this person a fortune to buy it or they will come up with excuses as to why they are going to walk away from it such as cost over-runs, legal problems, government issues, etc……You will know very soon who really owns Pascua Lama and it’s neither of the two parties that claim they do.
