In a shot heard ’round the blogosphere, Vice President Joe Biden’s suggestion that the administration might bypass Congressional participation to regulate guns in favor of using the executive order produced the inevitable choirs of “I told ya so” as Biden’s sound bite appeared to provide the proof that Obama was, indeed, coming for your guns.
But this time, the gun advocates were ready with more than just angry recriminations.
Acting with an assist from CNN, right-wing bloggers and gun advocates in the know, let loose with a tidbit of information they have, no doubt, been long chomping at the bit to unleash—the revelation that there is already a law on the books that would prevent the government from making good on Biden’s tantalizing suggestion, a law that would actually prevent the government from collecting data on firearm ownership and more.
And what might that law be? Obamacare.

Totally agree, Bob. As I read it, the only thing the law could possibly “help” would be the collection and storage of gun-related information in the course of, or related to, treatment. Of course, one also has to consider this administration’s sterling record when it comes to following the law. (snort)
In the end, they’ll do whatever they think they can get away with and have the assets to enforce. I’m willing to bet they’ll be surprised to find that a LOT of weapons have been sold private party with–so sad–no record of the sale where such is legal.

What is does say is that they are not going to be able to prevent people getting guns through the expedient of “mental illness” as an exlusionary factor. They want desperately to find a way to take all the guns without looking like they are taking all the guns.
That does have some merit that they will no longer be able to use “mental illness” or PTSD in our returning veterans as an excuse.
The NWO types and their puppet politicians have to considering right now the shot fired across their bow by The head of Gunowners of America On the asshat MOrgan show when he basically said that any attempt at taking guns through an executive order puts into question the legitimacy of the entire federal government. Words which are basically a warning that he is starting an armed revolt against their tyranny.
When the citizens no longer consider their government valid, there are no laws that they need to obey anymore. Some states like Wyoming have already made it clear they will not obey any law to take the guns and will jail any federal agent or soldier who tries to take them. Other states need to follow suit as soon as possible.
This isn’t the end of this. It is a nice suprise, but illegal gun grabbers don’t give a crap about the law and they never did. They care about power. Even Hitler passed “laws” that made everything he did legal. We still have to wait to see how this is going to play out. It is hard. It is kind of like what it must have been like waiting for the first shot to be fired in the revolutionary war.

In my interviews with Mark Mann, now over 250,000 views, he and I chose to stick with the smoking gun questions PRECISELY so that mockingbird NWO hacks like Anderson Cooper and Piers Morgan couldn’t point to us and selectively single out some of the more “fringe” questions (like “actors”, etc) and thereby poison the entire well. The POINT of the Ed. Note earlier today was that if the Professor had stuck to the SMOKING GUN questions which we have stuck to, then Cooper could not have publicly maligned him and his job would not be at risk. His questions may be good ones, but they are not the smartest questions to be asking about this event. Who were the multiple men police detained? Why was the black Honda registered to a convicted Felon and not Nancy Lanza as the media reported? Why is there no video proving Adama Lanza was the lone gunman? Why did “authorities” say Lanza was found with two handguns by his side and no rifle? Why did that story change on day 2? Why did the medical examiner say ALL of the wounds were “caused by the long gun”? And why have none of the bodies been seen by family members or anyone else for that matter, reportedly being removed in the middle of the night on Saturday night/Sunday morning? These are the most important questions which the CT police have never and will never answer. And asking them wouldn’t cost a Professor his job.

Sean, I agree with your position entirely. SGT was right on this case from the get go. I have to commend you guys for exposing MANY of the inconsistencies.
However, a bit of information trickled out over a week ago possibly throwing a monkey wrench into the chatter that the black Honda was registered to someone other than a Lanza family member- a one Christopher Rodia.
According to the Greenwich (CT) Police Dept., THEY had pulled Rodia over during a radar stop at the precise time the marker plate for the black Honda (allegedly) belonging to Lanza was called in by Police in Newtown.
A Greenwich Police communications officer released a statement claiming that the individual who recorded the scanner audio and posted it on YouTube was scanning the Greenwich Police, in addition to the Newtown and CT State Police, and confused TWO SEPARATE maker plate checks in two different towns as one check (seeing that they were called in within a very small time frame). It’s claimed that Rodia does not own a black Honda, and his marker plate is completely different, but when his name was announced over the scanner, it was confused with the black Honda radio transmission.
If I find the info in question, I will relay it.
I only bring this up because if the Greenwich Police are being truthful, anyone who stands by this “inconsistency” may be easily discredited, thus throwing a negative light on ALL of the other legit inconsistencies.

Thx J, I’ve heard a bit bout this – so what about the picture of the black Honda on the back of the flatbed with the clearly readable license plate which links back to Rodia? It is my understanding that’s the same car that was in front of the school, and it was put on the flatbed to be hauled away BECAUSE it was part of the crime scene, are they saying that’s not the case?
Actually Sean, the black Honda DID NOT link back to Rodia. We don’t know who it came back to because they scrambled the communication at the point the dispatcher read it back to the officer that called in the plate (a common occurrence at a crime seen). So, this is the reason I refer to it as the ALLEGED Lanza vehicle, though, this was the vehicle that we saw on the flatbed being removed from the scene.
If you listen closely to the scanner recording, there’s two different plates that are called in. The black Honda in Newtown is plate 872-YEO. Rodia’s plate is 722-ZHA. I cannot hear any mention of the make or color of the Rodia vehicle, just the plate.
It does appear to me that due to the timing of these radio transmissions, two separate radio transmissions were interpreted as one. Very understandable considering the fuzziness and poor quality (at times) of the audio.
The police claim that the vehicle belonged to someone in the Lanza family, but because the communication was scrambled, I will not just accept their word on it, especially considering all of the other holes in the official narrative. But I’m comfortable with the conclusion that it did NOT belong to Rodia.
lanza had two 9mm pistols. They claim the kids were killed with a 223 rifle. A 9mm will not fire 223 bullets. THERE IS A BIG LIE HERE.
I do not believe the children are dead. There is over 80 registered communists in congress. Getting the small amount of people involved in this to do a false flag would
be easy. If my children were murdered at that age i would not be able to talk for days due to trauma and grief. These parents were in line laughing the next day. I do not get it.

(2) LIMITATION ON DATA COLLECTION.—None of the authorities provided to the Secretary under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act or an amendment made by that Act shall be construed to authorize or may be used for the collection of any in- formation relating to—
‘‘(A) the lawful ownership or possession of a firearm or ammunition;
‘‘(B) the lawful use of a firearm or ammunition; or
‘‘(C) the lawful storage of a firearm or ammunition.
‘‘(3) LIMITATION ON DATABASES OR DATA BANKS.—None of the authorities provided to the Secretary under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act or an amendment made by that Act shall be construed to authorize or may be used to maintain records of individual ownership or possession of a firearm or ammunition.
