*SIGN THIS ONE: Try Senator Dianne Feinstein in a Federal Court For Treason To The Constitution

from WhiteHouse.gov:

The Constitution was written to restrain the government. No amendment is more important for this purpose than the 2nd amendment. The 2nd amendment was written so the power could be kept with the citizenry in the face of a tyrannical government. It was well understood the Constitution acknowledged certain rights that could not be limited by government.

Senator Dianne Feinstein has made it clear she does not believe in the Constitution or the inalienable rights of Americans to keep and bear arms. She is actively working to destroy the 2nd amendment with her 2013 assault weapons ban. For this reason we the people of the united States petition for her to be tried in Federal Court for treason to the Constitution.

She has openly and publicly stated that if she had the support she would confiscate all firearms. Now we have the right to free speech and thats all fine and good but when do you legally cross the line into treason? She took an oath to defend and protect the Constitution of these United States but is she legally liable for that oath or only morally? That said, a petition to take an action is not the same as taking an action. If someone really wants to go through with this get some people together and take her to court.

For the record, I signed it. This one should have one million signatures in a week or two. She’s a demon and we need to make our voices HEARD. Call your Congress critters folks and DEMAND that they respect the Constitution and say HELL NO to Feinstein and her criminal pals.

        Hello Sean,

Calling our “Congress critters” is exactly what we all should be doing!
They cannot ignore the many millions of folks who are very pro 2nd Amendment
to long. I watched that video of Piers and Gingrich, couldn’t help but think
about the headline which stated something to the effect that 63% of Americans
believe the 2nd Amendment is there to protect us from a tyrannical government.
That statistic is very sad and I’m wondering what portion of the remaining 37% even know what the constitution is or if they have even seen a copy of it. Anyway, I was wondering if it were possible to compose a list of each states congress people and there contact information (email) so people can let their voices be heard. Sounds kind of lazy for people who won’t research the information for themselves but we do live in a lazy society that thrives on instant gratification. But in this instance, I will do whatever it takes to help get our voices and opinions heard. This gun grab attempt has the feeling of some serious crap that lie ahead!

I signed too. My point is that signing a petition is like asking a criminal to stop breaking into your house. I do think that calling your Congressmen is important. I have called them every week since this whole ordeal. They need to know how we feel on this issue. Even if the pro Second Ammendment group is out number, which I don’t believe is true, we have the advantage of being far more passionate about our cause than anti gun individuals.

I would like to make another suggestion. If you see any Democrats on the pro gun side, call them and thank them for their support of the Constitution. Even if they are not in your area or State. The establishment is running smear campaigns against these folks and the need to know they have people on their side. This is not a Democrat or Republican issue, its a Constitutional issue.

        • Jeff

You are absolutely correct that this isn’t a D or P issue and that it is most certainly about protecting our constitution that all of these political terrorists swore under oath to uphold! I have a Democratic senator in my state, ND, and she is one of the few Dems who is pro 2nd Amendment! I’m thankful for that…..

Funny but I cannot log into the website. I forgot my password, but when I try to reset my password, it says it has sent the password reset link to my email…but it has not.

I have looked through all my folders. I have also done this many time. Odd that I cannot sign petitions on the WhiteHouse Homepage…

Why would you want to register yourself at a .gov site?
They don’t give a BLEEP about what you think.

    • ib12541

ditto. i’m of the opinion that if it mattered it would be illegal.

    • SGT

think you’re not on a list already? We all are. Please, don’t roll over for these criminals. And BTW, you don’t need to give them your address, etc. when you register, just a name and an e-mail. Perhaps this is largely symbolic – but at this point, short of taking up arms, everything we do is.

      • Steve

Agreed. A SILENT majority matters not. The only way we’re going to win this fight, short of a revolution or mass civil disobedience, is to get in politicians’ faces and thoroughly discredit them. Demanding that Senator Feinstein be tried for treason is a great idea. I would add that we should be contacting our representatives and demanding impeachment of the president as well. Rather than reacting over this issue or that, let’s go on the offensive and put the criminals in D.C. in a defensive posture.

Add another traitor to the list………former Mossad

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, moving to take a lead role in the gun control debate, is turning up the pressure on banks that do business with firearms manufacturers.

Emanuel is sending letters to two major financial institutions, TD Bank and Bank of America, which offer lines of credit to gun makers suggesting that they stop lending money to the manufacturers if they don’t come out for new gun restrictions.

These,…….”people” are pushing US further and further. It’s starting to look like the tree of Liberty is getting thirsty.
