There was a sponsor that uses AJ’s voice to read out the ad. Apparently they decided to use that read when advertising on Stern’s channels. The recording was distorted in pitch only when played on Stern’s channels.
I think the following is true:
Howard Stern was an innovator in the field of radio, albeit one of unconventional and arguably lax morals
Alex Jones is a current innovator that uses the best of Martha Stewart’s tactics to expand his footprint at a very high rate
