Many years ago, I heard the saying “no one can make you look like a bigger idiot than you make yourself.” When you think of how easily it is to put a foot in one’s own mouth, it makes sense. Several years ago, I became acquainted with Jesse Jackson. To say we are “friends” is a bit of a stretch, but acquainted we were. I also got to be pretty familiar with Jesse’s organization Rainbow Coalition, and his band of cronies I affectionately refer to as “Jesse’s Rent-A- Mob”. Rarely have I seen a bigger sham.
Since drugs, gangs, crime, and gun violence have taken their toll on America’s Black Communities, it is a shame that Jesse Jackson has used these issues to both enrich and aggrandize himself and his organization. An even bigger shame is the fact that Jackson could probably make some positive impact on these issues if he focused on the real problems which lead to gun violence, instead of placing blame on the guns themselves. Whether people like Jackson or not, he does have a voice, and a following, although it seems to get smaller all the time.
I hear people say “Why even listen to this guy?” Why? Because, I think it’s important to see how out of touch with reality anti-gun pundits are. Not only is Jackson grossly out of touch with reality, but he is also guilty of the same ultimate hypocrisy as many other anti-gun advocates, including those in the Democratic Party and the Chicago political machine. Jesse is notorious for having several armed body guards in his entourage at all times. So, once gain the message from people like Jesse and his political cronies is: “Guns are bad, no one should have them, unless you are politically connected.” This is the same double standard the politically privileged use against “We the People” on a daily basis. Do you see the disconnect here? I don’t know about you, but it makes me angry.

Jesse Jackson has basically been an extortionist for most of his adult life. Most extortionists have to hide in the shadows, make cryptic threats over the phone, etc. Jesse’s been right out in the open. Give me a beer distributorship or I’ll make trouble for you, Anheuser-Busch!

“I hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal.” If we have no right to guns, then neither does anyone else regardless of position or standing. In those circumstances, neither can the military because the people would be left defenseless against the machine they created to protect them.
Furthermore, these rights are not subject to the laws of men because they were not given to us by men but by our creator. We have willfully allowed some of them to be taken but only through our ignorance and inaction.
We are coming to a “grand finale” and I know that they world will be better place after whatever happens happens. Everything is has been put off for so long that everything is exploding at the same time. They are going to have a hard time getting the guns and if the economy explodes it will be impossible.
Jesse’s “15 minutes of fame” has passed…. Gone is the civil rights struggle with Martin Luther King and the search for truth. All that’s left is the corruption… Sad!

The “Rev” Jackson has long since abdicated any claim on speaking from a position of Rightousness going back to when he was speaking out to President Clintion relative to his Adulterous relationship in the White House,at the same time he was “Boinking” his assistant and creating a Love Child of his own.He’s not a very good or successful role model to his community or anyone for that matter.If he were truely a Minister, aka “Reverend”of the True Gospel,he should be seen/known to be preaching/teaching/ministering to his community et al about the saving power/grace of Jesus Christ.Since the issues surrounding Gun Violence,Crime,Broken Families is a Spiritial Problem, which requires a Spiritial Solution.But, we never seem to see or hear him in that context. Mt 7:16 Ye shall know them by their fruits.
